The Colina Club village comprises a range of 1 or 2 bedroom independent living apartments and the Residence, a 20 room nursing and rest home. The Colina Club has been open since 1991 (we must be doing something right!) and has been that very haven for many people, providing security and care for those who no longer enjoy living alone but prefer the community spirit within the village.

Each apartment comes with an personal ‘HELP’ alarm system, satellite TV, central heating and medical back-up. Living in the village, you can take advantage of all the facilities, both social and medical. From the bowling green to the swimming pool, the library to the bar and the social club which has quiz nights, excursions and other special events. The minibus runs daily to the local town, keeping you in touch with Calpe. Once you are a resident at the Colina Club you can relax, knowing that whatever happens you’re in safe hands, leaving you to enjoy life and not worry about it!

Apartments are rented on a long term basis, which also eliminates the burden of inheritance tax and makes the Colina Club a perfect solution for your needs. The rental price also includes all the services which makes it even more attractive. One months rent as a refundable security deposit and the first months rent moves you in.
